Q & A
How does it work:
• Simply fill out an inquiry form with your desired event date and time. We will then contact you by phone within 24 hours with a short follow up to help you in selecting the best location for your beach bonfire. As well as walking you through any questions or concerns you may have.
Once we establish all those details and your event is booked we will secure all the necessary permits as well as setup, breakdown, and cleanup the entire event. Ensuring you can focus on relaxing and spending quality time with loved ones on the beautiful beaches of Florida and 30a!
Permit Requirement:
• MysticFlames30a handles all necessary permits from 2 – 75+ guests. Automatically included in every package!
Any bonfires over 29 guests require a special event permit, prices are as follows
$300, 30-50 guests $600, 51-75 guests $1200, 76+ guests
Designated Areas:
• Each beach access is chosen to best suit your area/parking situation during the booking process.
Size Limitations:
• MysticFlames30a can accommodate any sized parties. A special event permit is required for parties larger than 29 guests.
Time Restrictions:
• Bonfires may begin as early as 4pm and as late as 9pm.
Alcohol Regulations:
• Alcohol is allowed but not provided, no glass anywhere along the beach is permitted.
Food:
•There is no additional charges to food or drinks brought by guests. We also offer a wide array of different food catering for most sized parties. For more information please mention your interest in your inquiry or during our follow up call.
Safety Measures:
• Guests assume all risk to personal injury, lost, damaged, or stolen items. Guests are responsible for their conduct and any items not permitted on the beach.
Refunds:
• Rescheduling is always the first option.
