How to Reserve

To reserve your date, simply complete our “Reserve” page and include your desired event details, such as guest count, preferred date, start time, and any additional information regarding your experience.

Once your inquiry has been submitted, a member of our team will typically reach out within 24 hours. Please note that during peak season, response times may extend to approximately 48–72 hours.*

You will then receive a custom reservation email curated specifically to your requested date and event details. At that time, you will be able to submit your deposit and officially secure your reservation.

If you do not receive a response within 48 hours, please be sure to check your spam folder or feel free to call or text our team directly.

Add ons and guests

When booking, an add-ons menu will be offered to you. All add-ons may be selected during or after your reservation is secured.

Additional guests may be added for $20 per guest. If you have 1–3 additional guests and would prefer not to upgrade to a larger bundle, simply include your estimated guest count when completing our reservation form and we will add them for you.

For larger gatherings, additional guests are more than welcome to attend your event without the need to purchase an extra spot or chair.

Permit Policy

All beach bonfires in Walton County require an SWFD bonfire permit. All necessary permits are included with our bundles, and our team will handle securing all required event permits on your behalf.

Beach access permits are issued on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to limited availability. We kindly recommend selecting 1–2 additional preferred locations in the event your first choice is unavailable.

Smokeless Fire

What Is a “Smokeless Fire”?

Our smokeless fire option features a propane-style fire pit with a smaller flame designed especially for warmer summer evenings.

This experience eliminates smoke, flying embers, and ash.

Smokeless fires are an excellent choice for upscale gatherings, guests with smoke sensitivities, and families with younger children looking to enjoy the ambiance of a beach fire with added comfort and convenience.

Rain policy

Deposits and date reservations are non-refundable.

We offer one complimentary time change of up to one hour on the day of your event to avoid inclement weather.

You may choose to reschedule; however, once your SWFD bonfire permit has been purchased, a $200 re-permit fee will apply.

Deposits and SWFD permits are non-refundable. The remaining balance is eligible for a full refund with a 24 hours’ notice of cancellation.

Once your event has been set up, we do not offer refunds.

We do our best to accommodate inclement weather and rain as fairly and reasonably as possible!

Food catering

We proudly partner with some of the finest local food caterers along the Emerald Coast. From smoked brisket, taco bars, and buffet-style dining to decadent charcuterie boards, local pizzerias, and more!

Our team provides full-service food coordination, eliminating the hassle of arranging, transporting, and delivering your catering selections. For those who prefer to book independently, we are also happy to connect you directly with one of our trusted local vendors.
