Reservation
To reserve your event, simply fill out our “Reserve” page, please include all necessary event details, such as guest count, date, start time, and any additional information.
Once submitted, a team member will typically reach out within 1–2 hours. Please note that during peak season, response times may take up to 24–48 hours.*
A team member will contact you via email with a custom reservation form curated to your date and event request. At that time, you will be able to place a deposit and officially reserve your date.
Please check your spam folder or give us a call if you do not receive a response within 48 hours!
Permitting
All beach bonfires in Walton County require an SWFD bonfire permit. All necessary permits are automatically included in our bundles. Our team will handle and secure all required event permits.
Beach location permits are first come first served and subject to limited availability. Please consider an additional 1-2 locations in the event your first choice is unavailable.
Rain policy
Deposits and date reservations are non-refundable.
We offer one complimentary time change of up to one hour on the day of your event to avoid inclement weather.
You may choose to reschedule; however, once your SWFD bonfire permit has been purchased, a $200 re-permit fee will apply.
Deposits and SWFD permits are non-refundable. The remaining balance is eligible for a full refund with a 24 hours’ notice of cancellation.
Once your event has been set up, we do not offer refunds.
We do our best to accommodate inclement weather and rain as fairly and reasonably as possible!
Food catering
We work hand in hand with only the finest local food caterers. From smoked brisket to taco bars and buffets, decadent charcuterie boards, local pizzerias, and more!
We offer full-service food coordination, taking the hassle out of booking, transporting, and delivering your food. We can also connect you directly with one of our trusted vendors for independent booking.
