Reservation
To reserve your beach bonfire simply fill out our “Reserve” page. Please include all the necessary event details like guest count, date, start time etc.
Once submitted a team member will reach out typically within 1-2 hours. Please keep in mind it may take up to 24 – 48 hours to hear back during peak season*
A team member will reach out via email with a custom reservation form specially curated to your date and event request, you will then be able to place a deposit and reserve your date.
Permitting
All beach bonfires in Walton county require a SWFD bonfire permit. All the necessary permits are automatically included in our bundles. Our team will handle and reserve all the necessary event permits so you don’t have to worry!
Beach location permits are first come first served and subject to limited availability. Please consider an additional 1-2 locations in the event your first choice is unavailable.
Rain policy
Deposits and date reservations are non-refundable.
We offer one free time change the day of your event to avoid incliment weather.
You may opt to reschdule days however there will be a $105 re-permit fee once your SWFD bonfire permit has been purchased.
Deposits and SWFD permits are non-refundable, the remaining balance is eligible for a full refund with a 24 hour notice of cancellation.
Once your event has been setup we do not offer refunds.
We do try our best to accomodate incliment weather and rain as best and fair as possible!
Food catering
We work hand in hand with only the finest local food catering. From smoked brisket and BBQ to Taco bars and buffets, Decadent charcuterie boards bursting with color, Local pizzerias and more!
We offer full service food coordination taking out the hassle of booking, transporting, and delivering your food. Or we may put you in contact with one of our many caterers to book through them directly.
