1. Booking request

Fill out our “Reserve” form. No two events are the same, so to help us curate the perfect experience, please include your date, time, guest count, desired location, and any special requests.

2. Booking confirmation

Once we receive your request, a team member will reach out via email to confirm date availability and answer any questions you may have.

3. Date and event reservation

After a team member confirms availability, you will be able to reserve your event!
A $150 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your beach access and date. The remaining balance is due 24 hours prior to your event.

4. That's it!

You will receive a receipt and confirmation once your date has been reserved.
Please keep in mind that SWFD bonfire permits are limited, and locations are subject to change. Bonfire permits are reserved two weeks prior to your desired event date.*
